As her family obligations evolved, she rekindled her artistic pursuits, emerging as a prominent figure in the theatrical world and assuming the esteemed position of Director at the Hindi Academy.

Drawing from her diverse experiences and deep insights, Mrs. Sharma embarked on a groundbreaking initiative to transform the art landscape. She established a pioneering platform that bridges the gap between artistic creativity and commercial viability, enabling artists to create detailed profiles and showcase their work to a global audience. This innovative endeavor facilitates direct interactions between artists and clients, effectively dismantling traditional barriers and providing emerging talents with unparalleled visibility and opportunities.

With over 15 years of experience as an educationist and creative professional, Mrs. Sharma's contributions extend far beyond her theatrical achievements. She is the founder of Narratives Trust, where she expertly integrates both traditional and contemporary teaching methodologies to enhance children's learning experiences and foster creativity. Her notable theatrical productions include Kaaya, Gagan Damama Bajiyo, and Heer Ranjha, alongside significant contributions to Delhi Government workshops. Her performances in Nukkad Nataks and skits have tackled critical social issues, such as environmental concerns, cybercrime, and community harmony, demonstrating her commitment to using art for social impact.

As a certified DMIT consultant and skilled calligraphy teacher, Mrs. Sharma's expertise spans various fields, further augmented by her role as a career advisor. Her impact has been recognized by prestigious institutions such as Bharti Vidyapeeth and the World Book of Talent Records. Her pro bono efforts with NGOs, providing theatre education to underprivileged children, underscore her dedication to fostering artistic talent and making a difference in the community.
